This was my first lunchtime watercolour for a few weeks, feels good to be back doing it.

The way you smudge the sky, with simple strokes mixing wet in wet and keeping some whites spots, tells perfectly well the story. I love your "simplicity", less is more. Congratulations. Keep on painting, you are a great "story teller".
ReplyDeleteThank you! I keep it simple and small so that I can finish during the lunch break. My ambition is to do larger ones of course but painting these quick little watercolours is helping me develop. Mini paintings today - mega masters in the future! ;)
