I stumbled apon this site the other day called Wikipainting. It needs to feature more artists to succeed but it does have potential. I enjoyed looking at the Alphonse Mucha and Egon Schiele pages; make sure you click on the , 'All artworks' tab to see of the complete archive of the artist.
