Last life drawing study of 2012
This is another in the series of two minutes sketches I did on 200g watercolour paper. I spent about an hour watercolouring the figure yesterday. I am happy with my development, I started watercolouring for the first time in February 2012 so I'm delighted really with my progress. I look forward to 2013 and plan to draw and paint even more. :)

I´m green of envy, this is marvellouse, love the way you mix the flesh tones, remind me Charles Reid technique but with a personal touch.Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThank you sextu, I study Charles Reid a lot, I like his bright colours. I have 3 DVDs and two books by him! :) Joseph Zbukvic, I like his approach to watercolouring too.
ReplyDeleteThese two watercolorists are my favorites, well now I must include another one, you.
ReplyDeleteWell, I am truly honoured that you place me in the same league as Charles Reid and Joseph Zbukvic. Wow, that is indeed an honour! :)
